■What are the eight limbs of yoga? The first stage “Yama” and “Niyama”

The Yoga Sutras were compiled by the sage Patanjali around 400 BC.

A book that summarizes the teachings of oral tradition,
It consists of Sanskrit passages of chapter 4, verse 195.

"Sutra" = Thread

② Santosha Be satisfied with what you have around you now. This includes possessions, current circumstances, health conditions, relationships, and material things.
The idea that it is already full, not the idea that it is not enough.

③ Tapas Don't run away from what's in front of you, do what you need to do.
Challenge yourself even if it is difficult or difficult, and train your spirit to overcome hardships without thinking of them as hardships.

4. Read the Svadhyaya scriptures and deepen your self-inquiry.
Always have a learning mind and come into contact with all things.
Deepen what you have studied and pursued to the level of wisdom.

⑤ Always have a heart of gratitude and devotion.
I have the feeling of accepting what is in front of me, not good or bad.
