■ About pre-order items

As this product is completely made-to-order, we do not accept returns.
If the delivered product is defective, we will promptly exchange it for the same product.
If there is no stock that can be exchanged, we will respond with a refund.

■ About returns and exchanges

Orders can be canceled or returned within 7 business days after the product arrives at the customer. Please note that you may have to bear the postage in that case.
We cannot accept exchanges such as changing the order of canceled products, returned products to other products, or changing the size.

■ About non-returnable products

We cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases.
